An assortment of Big Steaks and Surf and Turf options are available each night at dinner on Chef Billy’s Chef’s Menu.

Tomahawks, Wagyu, Ribeye, and Porterhouses plus 1lb lobster tails and 2lb tails when available.
Surf and Turfs are available at lunch with a prior request.
